You can return your order 30 days from receiving the package

There is a return fee for Norway: 90 NOK

The return fee amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you want to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return your purchased item, after which you must place a new order.

How to return from Norway:

1. Return label

Contact our Customer Service via email and request a return label and a proforma invoice. Remember to specify what item(s) you are returning (style, color, size) and the reason code. Print the return label when you receive it on email, and attach it securely on the outside of the package.

2. Return guide 

Fill in the return guide included in the package, or download it below here. Also, fill in the reason for returning the item(s). Put the return guide inside the package.

3. Deliver to the nearest DHL Express Parcel Shop

Deliver the package to your nearest DHL Express Parcel Shop. Please note that it must be an EXPRESS parcel shop.

Place the carefully packed products in the bag/box and close it properly. If the item was delivered in special packaging (for example a pair of shoes), send the items in the original packaging. Please do not put the return label directly on a speciel/original package, as this will reduce the value of the item at resale.

Please always remember to get a receipt when you deliver your package, as this is your insurance and the only way we can track your package.

Refund of your money:

It usually takes 10-14 business days to receive and process a return.

When we receive the returned products, we will check it thoroughly for defects. 

If / when your return is approved, the amount of the product in question will be refunded to your account. It is always transferred via the same payment method that was used to pay for the item. For example, if you have paid by credit card, the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, you will be contacted by our customer service.

Exchange in store:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange goods purchased on our webshop in a physical store. If you wish to return an item purchased online, please do so through the webshop.
