How to returnUpdated a year ago

There is a return fee, that varies depending on what country you've purchased from:

• European Union: 7 EUR

• Denmark: 39 DKK

• Sweden: 49 SEK

The return fee amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you want to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return your purchased item, after which you must place a new order.

Return from the European Union, Denmark and Sweden:

• Fill out the return form that was included in the package when you received it, and put it in the package with the items you wish to return.
• Please remember to include the return guide/slip
• Remember to put the paid return label visibly on the outside of your package. It's a good idea to cross out or remove any labels that were on the package when you received it.
• Remember to get the receipt when you drop off the package.
