If you wish to complain about a product you have purchased on our own webshop ilsejacobsen.com, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Photos of the fault 
  • Your order number.

If your complaint is about a jacket, please also send a picture of the small care label inside the jacket with a "PO- number" on it.

Please note that:

  • All complaints must always be dealt with by contacting our Customer Service. You cannot send a product with a fault, back as a normal return item.
  • We only handle complaints about items purchased on our own webshop. If you have purchased your item elsewhere, please contact them directly and they will process your complaint.

We strive to process your complaint within 5 business days.
